Innocent trip to BMW Motorrad Sunderland

So Nicola wanted a new jacket to go along with her S1000R she bought a couple of months ago so nearest BMW dealer Vertu Motorrad Sunderland. Off we go.

We arrived with two dogs to discover BMW Motorrad is up some escalators. Picked up and carried Nicola a spaniel and I got the Labrador. All the staff made a massive fuss of both of them which was great.

Whilst Nicola was looking at the jackets and a S1000RR (I know what is coming here), I took myself off to look at the GS Range. Nicola started to panic slightly when I put my glasses on to read specifications etc.

Not long after a no brainer deal was struck and a BMW 1250 GS TE purchased to replace my trusty go to Tiger 900GT which had never missed a beat, never disappointed and looked great

The GS has some big old boots to fill…
